The policy explains the privacy practices of Freedom Factory Team, LLC for the Community Image Maker plugin. It applies to the plugin's image-making workflow. Separate Freedom Factory websites and services have their own applicable privacy notices.
Image-making information stays inside ChatGPT
Community Image Maker is an instruction-based plugin that uses ChatGPT's image-generation features. It does not connect to a Freedom Factory server, external database, or external customer account.
Freedom Factory does not receive, collect, or store your prompts, uploaded photos, logos, screenshots, or generated images through the plugin. The plugin does not transmit that image-making content to Freedom Factory for advertising or other purposes.
OpenAI processes content submitted within ChatGPT under its applicable policies and your account settings. Freedom Factory does not control OpenAI's storage, retention, model-training settings, or deletion processes. Consult OpenAI's Privacy Policy and your ChatGPT data controls for those practices.
Support communications
We use your email address, message, and attachments to respond to your support request. Support emails are stored with our email provider and retained until you request deletion. To request deletion, email [email protected]. We will delete the information unless retention is required by law. Sending support email is separate from using the plugin. Avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary copies of private conversations.
Optional website links
The plugin may display links to Freedom Factory's separate websites and services. Visiting those websites or submitting information there is separate from the plugin's image-making workflow and is subject to the notices applicable to those destinations.
If you ask ChatGPT to inspect an external reference website, ChatGPT's browsing behavior is governed by the platform's applicable terms and policies; the destination website may also process the visit under its own practices.
Access and deletion requests
For information held in ChatGPT, use OpenAI's account controls or contact OpenAI. Freedom Factory cannot retrieve or delete your ChatGPT conversations or files.
