Community Image Maker Terms of Service
These terms apply to Community Image Maker, provided by Freedom Factory Team, LLC. OpenAI's applicable terms and policies separately govern your use of ChatGPT and its image-generation features.
Purpose and access
Community Image Maker helps you create and revise personal community profile headers and group profile and cover images inside ChatGPT. Availability depends on the platform, your account, supported features, and usage limits.
Freedom Factory does not charge for the plugin. Separate products or services mentioned in its optional promotional footer may have their own prices and terms. Purchasing them is not required to use the plugin.
Your supplied materials
Supply only wording, photos, logos, screenshots, and other materials you have the rights or permission to use. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from people depicted in your images and for following the rules of the community where you publish them.
Do not use the plugin to create unlawful, deceptive, impersonating, or rights-infringing content. Follow applicable laws and OpenAI's policies.
Personal and business usage
Freedom Factory permits personal and business use of images you generate with the plugin, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and OpenAI's applicable terms. Freedom Factory does not claim ownership of your uploaded materials or generated images.
This permission does not grant rights to another person's likeness, a third party's logo or trademark, or copyrighted materials you do not otherwise have permission to use. It does not promise that an AI-generated image is unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Review before publishing
Review generated images for spelling, accurate names and URLs, visual details, and appropriate content before using them. AI-generated images may contain errors. Check the final image's dimensions and appearance in its intended placement; platform cropping and display behavior may vary.
A URL rendered inside an image is not a clickable link. The plugin does not automatically post images, update your profile, or manage your Facebook or other community account.
Promotion and separate services
After an initial completed image or a substantially new design, the plugin may display a brief Freedom Factory promotional attribution in the conversation. Advertising is not included in your generated image unless you request it. Links to separate services do not change these terms or enroll you in those services.
Platform terms and independent status
Your use of ChatGPT remains subject to OpenAI's applicable Terms of Use and other relevant platform policies. Community Image Maker is independently provided by Freedom Factory Team, LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook.
Changes and contact
The plugin and these terms may be updated as its features change. Questions about the plugin or these terms may be sent to [email protected].
Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
